This is about Microsoft and their response those Macintosh commercials where people talk of their conversion the new computer...stupid Microsoft...they totally underestimated their customer base (i.e., computer nerds)...It's a NY Times article so you will need an NY Times ID and password to view the article if you don't already have one.
