Sign that Brian watches too much TV

So I'm standing on the subway platform minding my own business when I hear this voice that for some reason sounds so familiar. I look over my shoulder and there's this cute black woman talking and not only is the voice familiar but so is the face.

I pondered this for a while and knew that I recognized but I couldn't remember where and then it hit me.

It was her.

It looks like she's still following the rules rather well.
